F\u0103r\u0103 un convertor catalitic func\u021bional, ma\u0219ina dvs. nu va trece inspec\u021bia ITP \u0219i risca\u021bi amenzi ustur\u0103toare. \u00cen acest ghid cuprinz\u0103tor, ve\u021bi afla c\u00e2nd trebuie \u00eenlocuit convertorul catalitic, costurile la FAAY Auto Groep, alternativele \u0219i cum s\u0103 preveni\u021bi furtul convertorului catalitic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce face un catalizator?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Convertorul catalitic (sau \u201ccat\u201d) este un sistem de control al emisiilor din sistemul de evacuare care transform\u0103 gazele toxice \u00een substan\u021be mai pu\u021bin nocive. Dispozitivul con\u021bine metale pre\u021bioase (platin\u0103, paladiu, rodiu) care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca \u0219i catalizatori \u00een reac\u021biile chimice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 un catalizator?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La temperaturi de 400-800\u00b0C, au loc trei reac\u021bii chimice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oxidare CO2:<\/strong> Monoxidul de carbon (CO) este transformat \u00een dioxid de carbon (CO2)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oxidare HC:<\/strong> Hidrocarburile nearse (HC) sunt transformate \u00een CO2 \u0219i H2O<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reducerea NOx:<\/strong> Oxizii de azot (NOx) sunt transforma\u021bi \u00een azot (N2) \u0219i oxigen (O2)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezultat:<\/strong> Emisiile de gaze toxice scad cu 90-95%. Convertoarele catalitice moderne sunt at\u00e2t de eficiente \u00eenc\u00e2t gazele de e\u0219apament sunt mai curate dec\u00e2t aerul din multe ora\u0219e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce este obligatoriu prin lege convertorul catalitic?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Din 1993, toate ma\u0219inile noi pe benzin\u0103 din Europa au fost obligate s\u0103 fie echipate cu convertoare catalitice. Ma\u0219inile diesel au urmat mai t\u00e2rziu. Motivul: protejarea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului \u0219i a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CO (monoxid de carbon):<\/strong> Gaz toxic, previne absorb\u021bia oxigenului \u00een s\u00e2nge<\/li>\n<li><strong>HC (hidrocarburi):<\/strong> Carcinogen<\/li>\n<li><strong>NOx (oxizi de azot):<\/strong> Provoac\u0103 smog \u0219i boli respiratorii<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u0219inile f\u0103r\u0103 convertor catalitic (func\u021bional) sunt respinse imediat \u00een timpul inspec\u021biei MOT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptomele unui convertor catalitic defect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un convertor catalitic defect sau \u00eenfundat provoac\u0103 mai multe simptome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mirosul e\u0219apamentului este ciudat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u0219apamentul normal are un miros slab de produse de ardere. Pierderea puterii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un convertor catalitic \u00eenfundat creeaz\u0103 contrapresiune \u00een sistemul de evacuare. Motorul nu poate elimina gazele de e\u0219apament. Consum crescut de combustibil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Motorul trebuie s\u0103 lucreze mai mult pentru a dep\u0103\u0219i contrapresiunea. Sonda lambda reac\u021bioneaz\u0103, de asemenea, la conversia incomplet\u0103 \u0219i ajusteaz\u0103 amestecul combustibil\/aer al motorului. Particulele libere blocheaz\u0103 \u0219i mai mult fluxul.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>6. Motorul porne\u0219te puternic sau se opre\u0219te<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Un convertor catalitic complet \u00eenfundat poate \u00eempiedica pornirea motorului sau se poate opri imediat.
